Team Goals and Priorities

Jane DeNoble

I'm proud to be serving the residents of Bradley Beach. I'm a strong believer in working together with our neighboring municipalities. I regularly meet with local mayors and council members, including the Southern Monmouth Elected Women, to share ideas and push forward important plans that help all of our Boroughs. I think good leadership means being open and honest, and I value everyone's voice when we make decisions for our Borough.

I'm also focused on keeping our Borough's small-town feel and on keeping our taxes low. This means I'm committed to preventing overdeveloping and instead focusing on smart improvements on Main Street, while ensuring we manage our budget wisely. I want to make sure any growth we have respects our history and the great quality of life we all love.

Elected to serve as Bradley Beach Council, I look forward to continuing to legislate for the best interests of Bradley Beach, setting policy and vision for its long-term future, advocating for fiscal prudence, smart spending and efficiency of operations.

I will work to create and strengthen existing shared services with other municipalities that are mutually beneficial financially and for quality-of-life resources. I will advocate to carefully manage development to protect our small-town character and seek solutions toward affordability and fair share housing solutions for Bradley Beach, and work to manage spend and revenue for taxpayers.

I will continue to embrace and prioritize infrastructure improvements and mitigate cost by seeking and securing grants to relieve the financial burden. My investment in both the arts and environment will guide my leadership to educate and protect this coastal community. I am dedicated, honest and will continue to foster trust and accountability in my role on Council.

I will focus on managing our community’s finances wisely and improving services for all residents. With a background in finance, I know how to get the most value from every dollar while keeping budgets transparent and accountable. My IT experience will help modernize how our local government operates—making it easier for residents to access information, engage with services, and share their voices.

I believe in using data and technology to guide smart decisions about infrastructure, safety, and community programs, ensuring that investments truly meet residents’ needs. My goal is to build a more transparent, efficient, and responsive government that works for everyone.

Since my appointment to the Council in January, it has been an honor and privilege to serve the residents of Bradley Beach as your Councilman.

As a retired professional engineer of 40 years, it has been rewarding to use my value to focus on and help improve our community’s infrastructure and environment.

I hope to continue to use my skills and experience to prioritize our aging sewers, roads and facilities in a financially responsible way by obtaining grant funding to minimize the cost to taxpayers.

Thoughtful land use management and protecting our beach, ocean, lakes and parks remains my focus.

Keeping an open communication and engagement with our community is key to achieving the best solutions and quality of life for Bradley Beach .
